Our team seeks to contribute to the wellbeing of children and adolescents across Ireland by promoting universal access to parenting support for families using Triple P methodologies. We work with and support public and private organisations to achieve the goals of change in their communities.

Matt Buttery

Matt is the CEO of Triple P UK and Ireland and holds responsibility for the dissemination of the Triple P – Positive Parenting Program® across the UK and Ireland. He is a passionate advocate of using evidence-based practice to help families and communities develop strong, healthy relationships and resilience.

Matt has held various senior roles in the voluntary, statutory and private sectors. He has influenced and implemented health and social care policy across government and held senior positions in charities. He is an Honorary Associate Professor in Family and Parenting Practice and Policy at the University of Warwick, Chair of the Island of Ireland Parenting Network, and is a spokesperson on children and family issues, appearing in national and local media.

Matt previously fostered for over 10 years, and is a former Trustee of the UK National Academy for Parenting Practitioners (NAPP).

Jo Andreini

Operations Manager

Jo Andreini is Operational Manager of Triple P UK and Ireland, responsible for the commissioning and contracting of the programme, and managing the implementation support provided by the Triple P team to agencies across the UK and Ireland. She is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and families, and helps to support organisations to use the very best in evidenced based practice and implementation science to achieve their goals.

Jo has a Master’s Degree in Cognitive and Behavioural Psychology, and a post graduate diploma in Social and Emotional Behavioural Difficulties. She has experience of working within UK local authorities in the adult mental health sector, and in education settings where young people have been excluded from school. Having been with Triple P UK for over 10 years, Jo will happily take your call to hear about your organisation, and how the different Triple P programmes may benefit the outcomes to be achieved in your community

Dominic Weston

Deputy Head of Training and Triple P Trainer

Dominic has a Bachelor of Arts (hons) from Newcastle Polytechnic, and a Postgraduate Certificate of Education. He has extensive experience of delivering Triple P to families as part of a community Psychology team within the UK, as well as having a long history of working with children with Severe Learning Disabilities in a residential setting. Dominic currently works as an Implementation and Training Consultant for Triple P UK. A role that involves supporting the implementation of Triple P throughout the UK, as well as the delivery of Triple P training. Dominic also acts as the UK Deputy Head of Training, a role that supports the trainers that work within the UK

Tasha Cullingham

Chief Clinical Officer

Dr Tasha Cullingham (DClinPsy, MSc, BSc) is an HCPC registered clinical psychologist. Tasha holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Lancaster University and has over 10 years of experience supporting children and their families across a variety of settings. Alongside her role with Triple P, Tasha is currently employed as a consultant clinical psychologist within NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), where she provides clinical leadership. In addition to her clinical work Tasha has developed a research portfolio including: research leadership and design, co-production, grant development and has published in peer reviewed journals. Tasha has a specialist interest in supporting families with autistic children and/or children with intellectual disabilities, and this has been a significant focus of both her research and clinical work.
